♡ Returns Accepted

Returns accepted if:

• Waist beads have not been tied on
• They are unworn and in original condition
• They are securely packaged for safe return shipping (original packaging preferred but not required)
• They are accompanied by proof of purchase

♡ Returns Not Accepted

Returns not accepted if:

• Custom Fit: Once tied, your waist beads are custom-fitted to your body and cannot be resold
• Hygiene: As body jewelry worn directly on skin, we cannot resell tied beads for health and safety reasons
• Sustainability: Tied beads must be cut and completely remade, which isn't sustainable for our handmade process

♡ How to Request a Return

If your waist beads are untied and you'd like to return them:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We'll send you return instructions
• Pack your beads securely to prevent damage during shipping
• Once we receive and inspect the beads, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

♡ Damaged or Defective Items

If your waist beads arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll happily replace them or offer a full refund.
