Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, Coconova is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail or international carriers

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation

Customers are responsible for ensuring all address details are correct before completing checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Waist beads that have been tied, cut, worn, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned for hygiene, safety and custom-fit reasons.

Customers must contact us before sending any returns. Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We may update or change information without prior notice.
