Coconova Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coconova. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

We offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2–3 Business Days)
A reliable and cost-effective tracked service. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1–2 Business Days)
A faster tracked service. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

Free UK Shipping on Orders Over £40
Automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to factors beyond our control.


3. Europe Shipping

EU Standard Shipping – £6.99
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays depending on the destination country.


4. International Shipping (Outside the UK & EU)

International Standard Shipping – £9.99
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days, depending on destination.

Customs processing times can vary. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, Coconova cannot change or redirect the parcel. Refunds are not issued for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, Coconova is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Parcels marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Parcels lost due to incorrect addresses

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number.


7. Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be contacted.
Customers may request:

  • Reshipping (additional postage fee applies), or

  • A refund for the product only (shipping fees are non-refundable)


8. Order Tracking

All shipping methods include tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
