Thank you for shopping with Coconova. We hope you love your waist beads, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help. Because our products are custom-fitted once tied, specific return conditions apply.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
• Waist beads have not been tied.
• Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items are securely packaged for safe return shipping (original packaging preferred but not required).
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation) is provided.
Items that have been tied or cut are considered custom-fitted and cannot be returned.
Returns Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns if:
• Waist beads have been tied, cut, or show signs of wear.
• The item is not in original condition.
• More than 14 days have passed since delivery.
These restrictions exist for hygiene, safety, and sustainability reasons, as tied beads cannot be resold or reused.

Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent back without approval may not be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer either a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
